This is my fourth iteration of building an economical bottle rocket launcher to use in TUSD Science Classes.  Thanks to the new NGSS standards, I have a feeling teachers will be able to find even more time dedicated to the engineering of 2-liter bottle rockets while exploring physics, pressures and atmospheric processes.  To build this launcher from scratch will cost about $.  If you're like me, you just might have enough scrap lying around the yard to build it with that.
